Their exit system was criminally negligent. i paid 30 bucks to be half a mile away from the entrance, only to get bottlenecked in 1 hour of traffic just trying to get out of the park. worst part of all though was the parking. Lots of their rides they also trick you by hiding the long waits by separating the lines into two batches and you only see part of what is in store for you. We went on a wednesday hoping to avoid crowds, yet we only got to go on 5 rides in 5 hours. The workers there are friendly enough but some look barely legal enough to work and didn’t know enough to answer my questions.Īll in all those negatives were not enough to ruin my experience. Fries were so dry they were almost inedible. The whole point of getting a cabana is to have a better experience.įood is extremely expensive and absolutely terrible. The cabana check in was a bit disorganized and we waited 30 mins just to check in. I saw some complaints about lines for food but I waited like 5 mins. It’s such a huge park and it’s good more little kids because they have 4 kiddie areas to play in. This was my first time here and it was better than I expected, given the reviews. I waited maybe 30 mins at most for the longest line and that was mid afternoon. For a weekend in July it wasn’t super crowded. I'm not surprised to see others allege racism in their reviews. In the moment, it felt biased and discriminatory. Even as she answered my question, she appeared to be more concerned that she wasn't attending to the other group and actually attempted to pass tubes to then before passing them to me and my family, prompting me to again remind her that I was there first. I calmly but firmly advised that I had a question. She initially didn't acknowledge me and instead turned toward a group that was approaching. I stood there for a few seconds waiting to ask a question (it was my first ride of the day at a park I hadn't been to before so I wasn't sure how getting tubes for the particular ride worked). She observed me as I walked up to her and said "excuse me," yet she said nothing. I experienced what I believed was bias from one of the ride attendants. 6 on a Sunday without lowering the ticket price seems unfair, reduced the amount of rides we could go on and not in line with operating hours of other parks.ģ. Operating Hours - Park closes at 7 pm most days. Next visit I will bring my own lunch, pay the extra $10 for preferred parking so that we won't have to walk too far for lunch, and eat lunch in my car.Ģ. The only saving grace is that condiments helped make the food edible (not the fries) and the price was okay. The chicken tenders were unseasoned and the three sodas we bought were flat. The fries were old, stale and overcooked. The chicken sandwich, burger and Beyond burger were all overcooked and dry. Food is atrocious - I know it's an amusement park, but the food was really bad even by amusement park standards. It seemed no matter the age or preference, there were enough rides/attractions to keep one busy for a day at the park.ġ. Lines were sometimes long but most were under 30 minutes. I appreciated the rating system which allowed me to stay away from the "intense" rides. Overall, I and my family had a fun time at the park.
